I liked the room service.
They want to charge you for everything including the coffee in your room and the rates for such are very high. They also push their vacation club .
The Hotel is very nice and provides great service but you pay for that service.

It is huge.

The beach was the best in Cancun.
The interior design could use a revamp. The overall feeling is very bland.
The staff was very friendly and made our time very enjoyable. The beach and amenities outside were excellent. Food was above average, but pricy for what it was. Concierge staff and hospitality area was top notch.
Balcony in some sections has no privacy screen between rooms.] so appears as a long row of 4-5 rooms.
Beautiful setting, quiet rooms, view of the sea is spectacular.
